publishing multiple raster datasets in wmts

hi

we serve a number of cached mapservices in our company. now, some of these cached services are supposed to be published in just 1 wmts.

is that possible? arccatalog always returns "an event was unable to invoke any of the subsribers" on trying to establish a wms-connection to a test-service containg 2 raster caches... establishing a wmts-connection to hat same service even returns a "bad syntax in request" (beliefe me: the syntax isn't bad at all...)

any ideas?
