Hi
I,m using Geoportal 10 with ArcGIS Server 10.1, I added new tab for extract and email spatial data. but when a user select an area by mouse and select output format for extract, if user select File geodatabase the result is ok but if user select shapefile or other format the attachment file in the sent email is empty and there is not any shapefile or ... in it.
Is this problem related to my Interoperability extention? I have Interoperability extention on my desktop and Server 10.1
please help me.
